Briana Sidney

Briana Sidney represents the Cooperation Richmond in Seed Common’s Full Member Assembly, on the Board, and on the Sustainability Committee and has served in those roles since May 2022. Briana joined Cooperation Richmond in January 2022 as Managing Director. In addition to serving as Managing Director of Cooperation Richmond, Briana is a co-owner of Mandela Grocery, a grocery store transforming underserved communities in Oakland, California by sourcing and offering high quality foods from local farms and local food makers at fair prices. Briana has been a worker at Mandela since 2017. Briana hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from University of California at Santa Cruz.
